You can't fix everything before Black Friday. Know what deserves the time you have.
An independent, company-specific audit of your live storefront: 102 checks across catalogue, pricing, collections, policies, checkout and search, sorted into what to fix before peak, what to validate, what to freeze, and what can wait.
No logins. No app install. No access to your admin. Every number traces to a timestamped request.
Test your store right now
Type your domain. We read your public Shopify catalogue live and show four signals from the full report, with the actual products. Nothing is stored about your store and nothing on it is touched.
Peak traffic doesn't create storefront problems. It finds them.
The week before Black Friday, every team has a list longer than the days left. The expensive defects are rarely the loud ones. They're the quiet ones that paid and organic traffic land on at full volume.
The size that sold out is the one your ads point to
Broken size ladders and sold-out colourways sitting next to in-stock siblings that nobody links to.
The promo tag outlived the stock
Sale tags on products nobody can buy, compare-at anchors at or below the selling price, buyable variants at $0.00.
Dead URLs still collecting demand
Retired handles answering 404 while they still rank, redirect chains, and canonicals pointing somewhere else.
Outside-in. Reproducible. Built to be argued with.
We read your storefront the way a crawler, a shopper and a skeptical engineer would. Then we only publish what we can prove.
We read your entire public catalogue
Every product in the paginated feed, plus collections, policies, sitemap, structured data, cart behaviour, DNS and TLS. Each request is timestamped.
102 checks with evidence contracts
Each check declares its threshold, what it can't see, and when it must abstain. Below the materiality bar, a finding is set aside. Missing data is never reported as clean.
A sequenced plan, not a dump
Findings are sorted into four decisions, sequenced against the calendar, with owner, effort, verification and rollback for each one.
captured (UTC) request response
2026-10-28 20:55 GET /products.json · paginated 4,164 products

Four decisions your team can act on Monday morning
The report doesn't rank problems by how alarming they sound. It ranks them by what's safe and worth doing in the window you actually have.
Safe, reversible, assign today
Admin-level changes with clear affected items, an owner, an hour estimate and a verification test.
Real signal, needs your context
Things only your team can confirm: intentional bundles, legal price references, launch timing.
Don't touch it in the freeze
Changes whose regression risk near peak outweighs the gain. Written down so nobody improvises them.
Worth doing, not now
Real improvements, like DMARC enforcement, that are safer to sequence after Cyber Monday.
- Every affected product, collection and URLOne click from the report to the object on your live store.
- A remediation plan in hoursSequenced by window: Day 0, Day 0–3, Day 3–7.
- Owner, verification and rollback per fixA handoff your merchandising, ecommerce and SEO leads can split.
- The set-aside registerWhat we checked and found clean, what was below materiality, and what we couldn't evaluate, and why.
- A receipt of verificationEvery request, timestamp and response the numbers come from.
- Re-check on requestFixed something? We re-read it live and version the report.
The rules a skeptical buyer would write for us
These are enforced in code. A report that breaks one doesn't ship: our pre-render linter blocks it before it's ever generated.
No assumed conversion rate or AOV turned into a scary dollar figure.
If a check couldn't run, it's listed as abstained with the reason.
Search datasets are labeled as estimates, never as measured sessions.
If we can't name an affected product or URL, the finding is set aside.
Freeze-window risk decides the bucket, not how impressive the finding sounds.
No change is approved automatically. Your team decides what ships.

Growth Pulse
A five-day, human-directed connected diagnostic with read-only access to your analytics and ad platforms, to size impact on your own data.
Implementation
Hands-on execution by Force of Nature, scoped against the plan your team approves. Never bundled, never assumed.
Store changes, internal analytics audits and anything that requires your credentials are outside the $995 report.
Questions buyers actually ask
Do you need access to Shopify, GA4 or our ad accounts?
No. The report is built from what your storefront already publishes: the paginated product feed, collection pages, policies, sitemap, structured data, DNS and TLS. No logins, no app install, no change to your store.
Which platforms do you support?
Shopify storefronts get the full catalogue-level check set. WooCommerce stores get a dedicated collector and WooCommerce-specific checks. Checks that don't apply to your platform are listed as not applicable, never as clean.
Will you tell us how much revenue we're losing?
No, and that's deliberate. External evidence shows the mechanism (a sold-out size behind a paid landing page, a dead URL still ranking), not your conversion rate or AOV. We don't invent a dollar figure. If you want impact sized on your own data, that's the optional connected diagnostic.
What if we already fixed something in the report?
Tell us. We re-check the affected URLs live and issue an updated version of the report rather than arguing with a stale snapshot.
Who is this for?
Ecommerce, merchandising and growth leads at DTC brands running real BFCM volume, typically $50M–$500M in annual revenue, who have more possible work than days left before peak.
Does the report include implementation?
The report covers the diagnosis, the prioritisation and the team handoff: owner, effort, how to verify the fix and how to roll it back. Implementation is a separate, optional engagement. Nothing is ever changed on your store without your approval.
How do we know the numbers are real?
Every figure is tied to a timestamped request listed in the report's receipt. Every published finding names the affected products or URLs so your team can open them in one click. Before any report is released, an automated pre-render linter blocks it if a number doesn't reconcile, a placeholder slipped in, or two sections contradict each other.
Tell us which store. We'll take it from there.
If the factory has already read your storefront, you'll get a link to your personalised preview right away. Otherwise we'll confirm timing by email.
